The S&P 500 Index is a commonly recognized, market capitalization weighted index of 500 widely held equity securities, designed to measure broad U.S. equity performance. The S&P 500 Equal Weight Information Technology Index imposes equal weights on the index constituents included in the S&P 500 that are classified in the GICS information technology sector. The S&P 500 Health Care Index comprises those companies included in the S&P 500 that are classified as members of the GICS health care sector. One cannot invest directly in an index.
The S&P Composite 1500® combines three leading indices: the S&P 500®, the S&P MidCap 400®, and the S&P SmallCap 600®, to cover approximately 90% of U.S. market capitalization. It is designed for investors seeking to replicate the performance of the U.S. equity market or benchmark against a representative universe of tradable stocks.
The S&P SmallCap 600® seeks to measure the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market. The index is designed to track companies that meet specific inclusion criteria to ensure that they are liquid and financially viable. The S&P MidCap 400® provides investors with a benchmark for mid-sized companies. The index, which is distinct from the large-cap S&P 500®, is designed to measure the performance of 400 mid-sized companies, reflecting the distinctive risk and return characteristics of this market segment.
**Rock Oak Core Growth: Oak Associates, ltd. has contractually agreed until February 28, 2026 to waive all or a portion of its fee for the Fund” (and to reimburse expenses to the extent necessary) in order to limit total annual Fund operating expenses after fee waivers and/or expense reimbursements, if any, to an annual rate of not more than 1.25% of average daily net assets. This contractual fee waiver may only be terminated subject to approval by the Board of Trustees of the Trust.
